Things often start with just a little drink ... And that is exactly what happened to me in San Francisco. For years I was convinced green juices are one of these totally overrated fashions. On a bright and sunny day in California I tried one, just for the fun of it. And what can I say? I was so very wrong.
Ever since falling
in love with a kale, spinach, cos lettuce, parsley, cucumber, celery, apple,
lemon, and ginger-juice my blender and I work hard to copy the drink and we are
getting better and better by the minute. I will probably never be as perfect as
the juice makers in San Francisco but I am getting there slowly.
